well-appointed and well laid out unit with an electric kettle and a fridge.

We found out good prices in the hotel. Had good stay on vacation and the weather was warm.

Traditional and great breakfast to star a day with hot chips and western options and a varied amount. Good, comfortable location in a laneway area.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Great breakfast with the free internet and scrambled eggs, as example, quiet and ideal location.

We booked good-sized and newly renovated room with an excellent view and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The location was comfortable, 16 miles to Tokyo International airport, perfectly reachable. The whole room was well-appointedwith fresh towels, twin beds plus toiletries. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Tokyo.  

The building is functional and the rooms are good value for money with an excellent view and toiletries, for instance. The location is quiet and they have parking on-site. Shinjuku Ward district is worth your attention.  

Functional and spotless hotel, the staff who served us were thoughtful, and it had easy location to marunuchi station. Compact room, that also was good sized with fresh towels. We loved their fast check in and

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also within walking distance to the main Shinjuku train station and close to some universities. The rooms are clean and

the window didn't open, it was stuffy in the room !

Room was a dcent size for a Tokyo htel. The staff was courteous and the room cleaned nicely. Location was fair for the area, and convenient for budget eating. Wish it was closer to the trains, though... 

reasonably clean and pleasant place with very very helpful stuff at the reception desk. decent size unit even in those floors. honestly no complaints whatsoever.

The breakfast was traditional with good choice of outstanding food. The hotel was in the central setting to other areas of Tokyo. There was Genko short walk from the property.
